ORDERING OPTIONS
Print Packages: Choose from a 1 photo package or multiple image packages. Select your favourites from the gallery. Print packages must be ordered by the due date for complimentary delivery to the centre. Postage/processing fee of $15 applies after this, your order will be sent directly to you.
Digital Packages: Choose from 1 photo, 3, 5 or 10 photo selections, or choose one of the Buy All Packages to receive all of the photos in your gallery. Photos are delivered via email digitally for you to download immediately after purchase in high resolution jpg format. You can then print and share with family and friends. For best results see my tips for printing.
Class Photos: If your centre has requested a class photo, these are only offered as a print and are not available as a digital download (for privacy reasons). You can order these as a separate item, as an add on to a package or included in a package. These also need to be ordered by the due date for ordering, otherwise the postage/processing fee is applicable.
Single prints are available to purchase on their own or as an add on to a package.
To VIEW PURCHASE OPTIONS IN YOUR CART: To begin the ordering process by clicking on any photo in the gallery. The full list of option will appear either to the side of your photo OR under the photo. The cart will step you through the ordering process. Ordering is best done on a desk top computer!
FAQ's FOR ORDERING
Can I combine images from both my children's galleries into one package? It takes time to photograph, edit and prepare each child’s gallery individually. Sibling photos are a third session, and for this reason each gallery is separate and requires it’s own package to be selected. Unfortunately you can not combine photos from different galleries to create one package. This was communicated during the registration process.
Why isn't the class photo in my gallery? For privacy reasons a composite class photo will not show up in your gallery. To order your class photo please select any image and choose the 'Class Photo' from the pricelist. If you are ordering a package that includes a class photo you do not need to do this. If your centre has requested a traditional class photo this will be in your gallery. You can not order a class photo as a digital file, this is because of privacy for the other children.
Why do the digital files cost more? Your digital files can be printed up to 16x24", which is huge! You can also print as many copies as you like, have canvases, albums etc made using them, share and keep them on file forever (perfect for the 18th + 21st slideshow). Because your options here are unlimited (except for the terms and conditions of course), they are priced to reflect this.
Can’t find your passcode? Please email your child’s full name, centre and class/room to hello@kellychampion.com.au so I can resend the details. This will only be sent to the email address used to register the child, or any other listed at the time of registration. You can then share the link/code with anyone who wishes to place an order. P.s - Make sure you check your junk folder!
