Terms and Conditions for Adelaide Preschool Photography

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging in our photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

2.1. Adelaide Preschool Photography provides professional photography services tailored to pre-aged children (0-5). Services include but are not limited to individual and group portraits, event coverage, and special themed sessions.

2.2. Specific services and packages will be outlined in a separate contract or service agreement, which will detail the scope, pricing, and deliverables.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All children who are photographed must be registered before the day of the photo session.

3.2. Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or credit card.

3.3.No products or digital files will be released until complete payment is made.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days in advance.

4.3. In the event of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, Adelaide Preschool Photography will make reasonable efforts to reschedule for a mutually agreed date.

5. Photography and Use of Images

5.2. When registering your child if you grant Adelaide Preschool Photography permission to use the photographs they may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have images used publicly you can select the ‘no’ option and the photographs will never be used.

5.3. Personal use of images is allowed, but you may not sell or commercially exploit the photographs without express permission from Adelaide Preschool Photography.

6. Copyright of Photographs

6.1. All images captured during the session are the property of Adelaide Preschool Photography.

6.2 Photographs, including digital files purchased from Adelaide Preschool Photography are intended for personal use only. You can not reproduce/make copies of any printed photographs. You can not display or use images for any commercial or financial gain.

6.3 Any digital files purchased become the sole responsibility of the client upon downloading. Adelaide Kindergarten Photography takes no further responsibility in the loss of damage to the files, please back up and store digital files appropriately.

7. Delivery of Photographs

7.1. All efforts will be made for the edited photographs in print or digital format to be delivered within 4 weeks of the ordering window closing.

7.2. Adelaide Preschool Photography is not responsible for any issues arising from the quality of images if the final product is not reviewed or approved in a timely manner.

8. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

8.1. If you is not happy with the photographs you have purchased Adelaide Preschool Photography please contact Adelaide Preschool Photography within 7 days of receiving  your order to discuss.

9. Client Responsibilities

9.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the child/children being photographed are prepared and present at the agreed time and location.

9.2. Adelaide Preschool Photography is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the session, including those involving children or equipment.

10. Liability

10.1. Adelaide Kindergarten Photography is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the session.

10.2. In the unlikely event that Adelaide Preschool Photography fails to deliver the photographs due to technical failure or other unforeseen issues, the maximum liability is limited to a refund of the total amount paid.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purposes of providing our services and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11.2. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. Adelaide Preschool Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients prior to their next booking.
